• the interactive dialogues helped youths and elders to develop a common understanding in terms of local problems, challenges, opportunities, and generational corporations;
• the youths found an opportunity to showcase their volunteer activities and their personal capabilities to the community through public speeches, paintings, dramas, and so on;
• the officials, NGOs’ seniors, civil activists, and religious scholars developed an academic understanding of NGOs’ role in local peace-building;
• the youths could create new networks with influential actors as they found enough opportunity to communicate with new people in the meeting venues as well as in the coordinating processes.

• There is a strong need to conduct more generational dialogues for strengthening the role of youths in local decision-making processes. 
• The NGOs and academic community need to build very close and interactive networks so that the NGOs can benefit from the academic findings in practical initiatives and the academic centers may investigate the issues identified by field engagement of the NGOs.
