| Project Goal | To address urgent community needs to be identified through community dialogues in the following areas: 1) youth empowerment 2) vocational training for 60 women 3) technical training for 60 university students 4) micro-finance program for 30 women. |
| Project Impact | Project results are that WISE had done key activities for 30 Business Women through three outstanding workshops in the area of “Marketing Management” Business Management, “Financial Management” workshops and conduction of one day’s study tour with other business owners around Herat which had a great long-term impact on their products and sustainability after the project ended. Now there are more women with the capacity of business on market management, business management/planning, and financial management/budgeting on their products. |
