Job Creation
WISE has designed the job creation component to support its mandate and builds females’ work capacity enhancement particularly fresh graduates who don’t have any work experience to promote their job stabilization and increased access to work contributes to community wellbeing.

Capacity Building
The WISE Capacity Building program is designed to support organization with the aims to strengthen the human resources through the conduction of highly specialized training program to team members both theoretical and practical to develop their skills for performing and completing their assigned tasks with the given time and learn how to take initiatives to respond to the emerging the project’s activities and needs of the communities the organization serve.

Advocacy
One of the core components of an organization is advocacy through performing in-depth research government policies and create a debate between advocator and authorities to face to face talk on challenges and policies and practices opportunities for women and advance women right and peace through the improvement of whole gender quality to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.

WISE Organization encourages women to realize their value and reach to their potential through job training and education. As a result, may females and women participated in our women empowerment program and now experience a better life that allows them to better feed and care for their children.

Through the WISE Organization program and the “Female Journalists Association”, the lives of women and their families are being transformed and receiving hope for a better future. OUR APPROACH
Economic Empowerment
Our Economic Empowerment program equips women with financial education, vocational training, and even start-up capital. After receiving training and the distribution of capital for small business start-ups, women participate in income-generating activities as they launch their own small business. Every activity is monitored by a marketing value chain specialist to ensure support and success.
Psychosocial Counseling
Through our psychosocial program, we increase family mental health empowerment, and women who attend counseling sessions all their conversation remains secret! and the psychologist’s room is the right path to end the challenges of their lives! all the participants are highly advising for children’s rights and their protection and advise them to enroll their children in school to have a better future.
Female Empowerment
Our capacity enhancement programs provide educational opportunities to females, such as practical internship, Training includes contextually appropriate, such as self-esteem, gender-based violence, harmful cultural beliefs, peace & conflict resolution, increased self-confidence through the use of individual capacities, protection against harassment, policy advocacy and fight against corruption.
Ramin Khanzada

Mr. Mohammad Ramin Khanzada, the Founder of WISE, is a visionary leader with 13 years of work experience in the non-profit industry including at national and international institutions and programs such as Creative_ Counterpart International, AECOM_SIKA WEST_DAI Promote Musharikat,_AMANAT_MSI, CRSDSA, and WASSA. Ramin Khanzada has an MBA from Kazakh American Free University, a Bachelor ِ Degree in the Art of Political Science, and a leadership diploma from the Institute of Leadership Development (ILD). Mr. Khanzada’s expertise and work experience are rooted in, Gender Equality & Women, Empowerment, Human Rights, Economic Development, Good Governance, Policy Advocacy, and Peace Building, Project Management. Ozair Mohammadi
Mr. Ahmad Ozair Mohammadi is the Executive Director of WISE in the West Zone of Afghanistan. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Kazakh-American Free University (KAFU) and is a graduate of the Institute for Leadership Development (ILD 2019). His diverse career spans roles such as Program Manager, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Provincial Coordinator, Business Advisor, and Leadership Mentor, with experience in organizations like World Vision, British Council, and academic institutions. Mr. Mohammadi is also known as a motivational speaker, university educator, and effective manager. His expertise includes Project Management, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Trust Building, and Effective Communication.
